What data we collect
Through the "Request a quote" form we collect: name, email, phone, company, installation location, installation type, message, form language, and the date and time of submission. We do not collect data through analytics or marketing cookies.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this data solely to respond to your request and to prepare a quote at your request, before a possible contract is concluded (Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR). Keeping the correspondence as proof of communication is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use the data for marketing and we do not sell it.
Recipients
The website is hosted on the Lovable platform, and form data is stored in a Supabase database. For each request, the data is automatically emailed, via the Lovable platform's email service, to our address office@aeroterrapdms.ro, hosted by Hostico (Romania). These providers act as processors on a contractual basis and do not use the data for their own purposes. We do not share the data with other third parties unless required by law.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
The form database is hosted in a data centre in the United States of America. The transfer is based on the safeguards of Art. 46 GDPR, namely the European Commission's standard contractual clauses included in the providers' data processing agreements.
Retention
Requests that do not lead to a contract are automatically deleted from the website database 24 months after submission. The copy in our mailbox is deleted within the same period. If a contract is concluded, data is kept for the period required by tax and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. To exercise these rights, write to office@aeroterrapdms.ro; we reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) – www.dataprotection.ro.
Cookies and local storage
The website does not use cookies. We store only two items in your browser that are strictly necessary for it to work: your language choice (localStorage) and the fact that you closed the site-development notice (sessionStorage, cleared when the browser is closed). We use no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts are hosted on our own site, without sending your IP address to third parties. The Google Maps link in the footer opens only if you click it.
Automated decisions
We do not make automated decisions or carry out profiling.

We may update this policy; the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
